Long sleeve shirt with polo collar of Parma used in the 2000/2001 season. On the front of the shirt there are the logo of the commercial sponsor Mr. Day in flock, the logo of Prma flocked on the heart side and the logo of the technical sponsor Champion in flock on the right side. On the right sleeve is sewn the Serie A patch while on the back are applied in light plastic in black the number 21 and the lettering THURAM.

ANECDOTES AND CURIOSITIES

Parma sold Hernan Crespo for the record sum of 100 billion lire but still had a good season, qualifying for the Champions League and reaching the final of the Coppa Italia. The team changed three coaches: Malesani was fired, Sacchi resigned due to high stress and Ulivieri ended the season. Thuram played 163 matches with Parma also scoring 1 goal.

The president and former glory of Lazio Sergio Chinaglia, in fact, had to change coach 3 times but in the end Lazio could not avoid the penultimate place and relegation to Serie B. The championship was won, somewhat surprisingly, by Verona and Serie A welcomed Diego Armando Maradona.

Despite some physical problems, Andy Van Der Meyde was bought by Inter when he was considered one of the best wingers in European soccer.
