DETAILS

Inter short-sleeved jersey home model black and blue with yellow inserts. On the front is applied in white flock the logo of the commercial sponsor Pirelli in the center; on the heart side is sewn the Inter logo and on the right side the Nike logo; on the right sleeve is sewn the Champions League patch. On the back, in white, the Cannavaro lettering and the number 13 are applied. The shirt refers to the Champions League match between Inter and Lyon on October 2, 2002.

ANECDOTES AND CURIOSITIES

In the championship Inter fought with Juve for the Scudetto but, after the title lost on the last day of the previous season, had to settle for second place again. In the Champions League it was eliminated in the semifinals by the cousins of Milan. Because of the lack of a television agreement, the championship began with several days of delay. Christian Vieri won the scorer's chart with 24 goals in 23 matches, Fabio Cannavaro made his debut with the Inter shirt to which he will be linked for 2 seasons.
