JUVENTUS HOME JERSEY KAPPA DANONE 1993/1994
Description
The jersey is in perfect condition, the fabric is intact and has its original characteristics, soft to the touch, with intact seams, no halos and color discontinuities.
DETAILS
La Robe di Kappa offers the company an innovative material: the era of sweaters with filigree weave begins and, using the so-called "jacquard" process, with great elegance the technical sponsor decides to insert for the first time on the black and white jersey , albeit in a veiled form, the company emblem. Kappa logo embroidered in green and stars embroidered in yellow on patch applied on the left side. Sponsor Danone in white inserted in a black rectangle
ANECDOTES AND CURIOSITIES:
From the 1989-90 season the label inside the collar of Juventus jerseys changes: from the classic red and blue color that characterized the Kappa clothing of the early 80s to a green label. From the 1992-93 season, therefore, the color of the internal label changes again (coinciding with the arrival of the new sponsor Danone), returning to the color red, although maintaining the same spelling of the previous green label. But here comes the question: the change seems to concern all the technical supply made available by Robe di Kappa except for the game jersey, which will generally still have the internal green label for a year. So from the 1993-94 season, the jersey will also feature the red internal label. To summarize: the Danone "jacquard" jerseys for the '92 -'93 season may still have a green internal label, while in the 1993-94 season they certainly have a red internal label (while remaining identical as a jersey).
