The Lazio home shirt, from the 2004/2005 season, is made in the traditional light blue color with black and white inserts. The commercial sponsor is Parmacotto, applied in velvet centrally. The team patch and the tricolor cockade are embroidered. Puma logo applied in flock both on the front and on the sleeves. DI CANIO lettering and the number 9 are printed on the back of the shirt.

In the 2004/2005 championship, Lazio obtained a modest 13th place, however earning qualification for the Intertoto Cup. The player Cesar played 27 games and scored 4 goals.
